UCEQUA implant holding containers

UCEQUA is a series of implant holding containers suitable for different packaging needs: single or double, with or without mounts, suspended or inserted in the cap. All solutions include the housing of the screw.

Technical features of UCEQUA

The UCEQUA implant holding containers are made of clear polystyrene (tubes), polyethylene (caps) and high density polyethylene (WL support). All the materials are suitable for gamma-ray sterilization. The outer cap can come with or without an O-ring seating.

Colors

The tubes are made of clear colored material and the caps are available in various colors, to help better identify the different implant diameters. Color: white, yellow, fuchsia, red, purple, blue, gray, black.

UCEQUA models

UCEQUA is available in various solutions:

  • UCEQUA TV, double packaging used by those who have an implant with a mount
  • UCEQUA TI, double packaging with implant without mount
  • UCEQUA FL, double packaging with implant inserted in the cap
  • UCEQUA WL, single packaging, implant with mount inserted by means of a snap-in connector into the WL support
  • UCEQUA TI/TV, single packaging, implant without mount

 

The outer cap for all models is available with or without an O-ring.

UCEQUA FL customization

UCEQUA FL can be customized by creating a custom-designed slot in the inner cap for insertion of the implant, and the external part where the screw is inserted can also be customized.

UCEQUA WL customization

The diameter of the WL support on which the implant hangs and the screw housing can be customized.

How to dispose of the UCEQUA

The clear UCEQUA containers are made of polystyrene (PS) and use the “plastic collection 06” recycling code. The caps and the WL support are made of polyethylene (PE) and use the “plastic collection 04” and “plastic collection 02” recycling code.
