New silicone supports: FLAT GROMMETS
Features
The FLAT GROMMETS are inserted into the tray on which special machining is performed that guarantees hold during the insertion and removal of the instruments.
Once assembled, the FLAT GROMMETS seem to be part of the tray, but they can be removed for replacement or to properly dispose of the tray.
The reduced size makes it possible to leave more space for writing, codes or shapes of the instruments to make the surgical path and the use of the kit even more clear.
Dimensions
The FLAT GROMMETS are available in different sizes to adapt to all types of instruments: Ø 1.5 – Ø 2.0 – Ø 4.0 – Ø 5.0 – Ø 6.0.
An optimal housing was designed for each dimension, ensuring that the instrument remains stationary and allowing the support to remain in its seat while the instrument is inserted and removed.
Colors
Different colors of FLAT GROMMETS can be inserted to characterize the kit.
The following colors are available for every size: white, yellow, orange, red, fuchsia, purple, green, light blue, blue, brown, gray, and black.
How to remove the FLAT GROMMETS
The FLAT GROMMETS can be removed at any time if necessary.
Simply turn the tray and remove the supports from their seat using a small flat screwdriver.
The support can be reinserted or replaced with a new one or with a different color.
When disposing of the tray, all the supports must be removed so that the tray can be recycled with plastic (disposal code 07). The supports must be disposed of in the non-recyclable waste.
