Z Instrument Holder Supports
The Z instrument holder supports allow horizontal positioning of zygomatic burrs and other long instruments. The shank is firmly fastened by standard grommets, while the instrument portion rests on a customizable PPSU support.
Technical features of the Z supports
The Z supports are offered in different models to house burrs, drills or longer instruments which cannot be placed vertically on the tray or base.
The Z supports are manufactured using CNC, and as such can be customized even for small production runs.
For shorter instruments, only the support housing the silicone is used, in which the shank is inserted. For longer instruments, a second support is used which serves only as a rest.
Z supports are made of PPSU and silicone and can be steam sterilized in an autoclave at a temperature of up to 134 °C.
Colors
The PPSU part of the Z supports is white, but is also available in gray or black for minimum order quantities. The silicone grommets installed on the supports are also available in different colors.
Models
The Z supports are available in 2-, 3- or 4-position versions. It is possible to use both, or only the support with the silicone, as required.

Our company complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard “for designing and producing injection-molded plastic containers for the industrial and medical sectors and producing technical articles in plastic material according to customer specifications”.
The containers for the dental industry are intended for steam sterilization. They comply with the UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021 standard “for the design and production of autoclavable plastic containers for the medical sector”.
