Plastic injection molding is Ippi’s core business. After providing support during the design stage and creating the mold, we make your plastic product. We can manufacture parts of various sizes: from less than 1 gram up to 1 kg in weight.

We transform all types of polymers, technopolymers and super polymers on the market, with or without mineral fillers: from the most common like polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, PVC, ABS, polyamide resins, acetal resins, polycarbonate and thermoplastic elastomers, to more technical and high-performance grade plastics like polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) and PEEK. We can perform both molding and overmolding.

Our advanced quality control systems ensure that the quality standards are met during the production cycles. We perform the necessary tests and trials so that the product is consistent and compliant.
