Ippi, processing of plastic materials and production of containers
At Ippi, the processing of plastics has no secrets.
For over fifty years, we have been designing, manufacturing, and customizing containers suitable for use in various industrial and medical sectors: small parts trays, boxes with a rectangular base, tubes, and modular drawer units, all customizable and made of certified material.
We also produce implant holders and autoclavable boxes for dental offices and clinics.
Customizable products
We mold all polymers, even the most special materials, such as PEEK and PPSU.
We create the mold according to your needs and offer advice on the most suitable and performing plastics. We develop ABS prototypes to verify the correct functioning of the product you want to make. When the part is ready, we ensure it meets the quality parameters and move on to customization with our CNC machining, laser marking, and color printing services.

New silicone supports: FLAT GROMMETS
The FLAT GROMMET, which is inserted into the tray, has a very reduced size so that the layout on the tray can be optimized, leaving more space for writing, images and graphics.
