OLV VISICTEEN autoclavable box
OLV VISICTEEN is an autoclavable box that is part of the Ippi range of products for dental surgeries. The OLV VISICTEEN box is suitable for a small number of instruments but is large enough to also hold longer torque and ratchet wrenches.
Technical features of OLV VISICTEEN
The OLV VISICTEEN box has a removable tray for access to any instruments in the base. Once opened, the hinged cover tilts for easier access to the instruments on the tray. Practical anti-slip silicone feet can be inserted into the base.
Like every product in Ippi’s line of autoclavable boxes, OLV VISICTEEN is also made of plastic material that can be steam sterilized in an autoclave up to a temperature of 134 °C.
The OLV VISICTEEN box can be CE-marked
. All its components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation tests.
Colors
The lower parts of OLV VISICTEEN, which house the instruments, have a neutral color, while the lid has seven color variants: gray, blue, green, purple, red, orange and yellow. For minimum quantities, it is also possible to customize the color of the bottom and the tray.
Dimensions
OLV VISICTEEN is available in just one standard size:
96 mm x 74 mm x 60 mm.
The internal instrument holding tray has a height of 20 mm.

OLV VISICTEEN can be completely customized to meet your needs by changing any element and accessory of the box.
The surgical path and the arrangement of the instruments after use can be made more clear by inserting the names and shapes of the tools by means of laser marking. Start by inserting the silicone supports, assign the desired color, if you want to, insert the metal trays and the texts to be laser marked. Once you are done you can download the PDF and send us your design directly from the configurator, together we will refine it to make your kit ideal.
How to dispose of OLV VISICTEEN: recycling instructions
The OLV VISICTEEN autoclavable box is made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). The recycling code is “plastic collection 07”.
